Yeah, that would be great! I lost 7 1/2 already, so lets go for 20 from my start weight at 272! Thanx!!! I better be 252 by the end of Sept.! LOL

I know it sounds like a lot but I want to lose 10 lbs this month. October 4th is my b-day and I really want to finally be lighter then my husband by then.hahaha.

Ok Ladies....I found a scale. We still haven't bought one for the house. I think I'm stopping at Wal-Mart tonight. :)
I weighed myself last night at a party, fulled clothed at about 6 at night....I know, I know, but at least I stepped on right? .....................186........................!! I'm 5'8" and this means I have gained about 13 pounds since last year. My goal is 150. My September goal, and I'm working my butt off to keep up in the exercise challenge this month, is to drop 7 pounds. Let's see the 170's! |
