I determined to break into the 170s this month. Put me down for 5 pounds. I am going to do 2 weeks of Phase 1 after the holiday weekend, so I should make it.
And I really really really need to exercise. I am enrolling in kickboxing again. Time to get moving. |

5 for September

I doubt I got to my 4 for August but trying 4 for September should be reasonable. Would like to be down into the 180's by my b-day. And with my not being able to eat this month, this should come relatively easy! :faint:
My issue is that I always have a trip (or two) at the end of the month but do well in the first week of the next month. That's when I always go below or reach my goal!!! No trips in September so....here I come. Ellis - I am stealing that attitude of yours!!! |

7 pounds for me. Back to Phase One tomorrow. Each time I revert for a few days back to Phase one it seems to be getting better. I think I'm getting handle on how many carbs and fats my body can handle. My treats have been overloaded the past 2 weeks though so I'm gonna be stricter for awhile. Maybe I should just get a tapeworm.

Last month I hit a plateau and played the up and down game with 1 pound the whole month. For September I would like to set a goal of 5 lbs.

I'm gonna shoot for losing 5 lbs this month, though right now it seems an impossible task. I think I lost 8lbs in August when my goal was 5...maybe I'll have the same success this month.

My September goal is 5 pounds.
I have been away for a while - which really means that I haven't been following the program, have gained back almost all of the 11 pounds that I took off, feeling a bit "portly" and tired of feeling sorry for my self! So, it's time to get back on track and this is a good way to start! By the way - my butt isn't gone yet! |
