Default Ricotta Cheese

I got some ricotta cheese, finally. Tastes great! But, it's full fat. I know it's supposed to be low-fat, will this slow weight loss down, or is it okay occasionaly?

It must be low fat. It will definitely slow down weightloss. You have to commit yourself to following the plan as stated in the book. Cheating just negates the good effects of this plan. if you want to eat a lot of things not on Phase I, you should probably switch to Weight Watchers and count points.
