I am going to shoot for a loss of 5lbs. I have been on the SBD for 2 weeks now with 2 big cheats on both Saturdays. I have still managed to lose 6.5lbs but I know it could be so much better had I resisted. This month, I'll try my first goal. Best of luck to us all in our goals ! Hoping for lots more exercise as I am starting another job at a resteraunt as well as keeping my job at the hospital, so lots of on feet time as well as exercising at the fitness center.
