  • I seem to be able to do five. So count me in for that.
  • My goal for July is 4 pounds
  • I am going to try for 7. One more than last time, but I am starting over and have 1.5 weeks of Phase 1 to go. Hopefully, I can make this goal!
  • Ok, sign me up for 8. I hate committing myself, so this is probably exactly what I need.

    But can I borrow your 16 from June, Laurie? Wow, what a beautiful weight loss!

  • It felt good to meet my goal so I'm going for 5 again this month.
  • I have not lost a single pound in 2 months. Well, I might lose one week but I gain the next. Basically I have been maintaining. I know I have lost inches, my clothes fit better which is still progress. But its time.

    I am going to start relatively small so I can get the joy of success. So count me in for 6 pounds.
  • Four or Five for the end of July
    This will be my first full month challenge on the beach, so being that I should lose about 1 lb. or so a week, I think four-five lbs. is reasonable. I have a birthday in August, so would like to be close to goal at that time. Hey RNMOM, how about some of that soup (just kidding) !
  • I made the June goal of 5 pounds without too much trouble. So I'll go 5 this month too. It's a nice healthy amount.

  • Ok i had a sad goal for july. not to GAIN anything. cause i'm going on vacation for a month to sweden (to see my boyfriend) and i ALWAYS gain weight there. plus we're going to Paris for a week as well. so if i can maintain while i'm away i'll be estatic!
  • Would like to lose 5 pounds by July 16, then maintain until the end of the month (vacation maintenance).
  • This is my first challenge! I'm going to be optimistic and say 8 pounds for July. It'll be tough for me because I have a different event every weekend but I'm gonna try! I also am trying for at least 3 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training but would always like to do more!
  • I am going to shoot for a loss of 5lbs. I have been on the SBD for 2 weeks now with 2 big cheats on both Saturdays. I have still managed to lose 6.5lbs but I know it could be so much better had I resisted. This month, I'll try my first goal. Best of luck to us all in our goals ! Hoping for lots more exercise as I am starting another job at a resteraunt as well as keeping my job at the hospital, so lots of on feet time as well as exercising at the fitness center.
  • Well, I have a vacation as well this month and fully intend to be completely decadent & indulgent. However, I'm still going to enter a 5 pound goal and see what happens.
