About 10 days ago I went to the Drs for a physical and found out my blood pressure is high. This is possibly hereditay but more likely all the weight I had gained. This shocked me into action.
I have been a yoyo dieter for about 6 years. About the first of the year I decided to stop dieting and deal with the underlining emotions of why I overeat. I now have some understanding. With this understanding I have started lossing weight in the past month. A week ago my Dr suggested the SB diet. I just started week 2. I am trying to take it one day at a time.
