June Exercise Challenge
Chickies remember to update your exercising for the month I will be adding things up later tonight or first thing in the morning and I will annoucne the Queen :queen:

chickies if you can post each day what your exercise minutes are it makes it much easier to keep track of. Thank you. We had a total of 2749 for the month. Lets see if we can make 5000 minutes of exercising this month. Do you think that we can push ourselves a wee bit. Remember bathing suits are just around the bend.

My goal for this month:
Push up the cardio!! Keep the 2 classes 3 times a week routine. Start running again (after the marathon this weekend, I have decided I want to run next year's)! Bike to work at least once a week (20KM each way) and fix up my bike. Cheers! Ali |
