Scared of sugar!!!!
ok i am on Phase 2 week 2 and i I am a label reading addict now...lol, I am a fraid of anything that says sugar added even if its low low low dose of it, I have found items listed on the phase two lis and items listed in the little gcbc book contain sugar and i cant bring myself to eat it. Can some one enlighten me on why there is sugar in approved foods if we are not supposed to have sugar. i want more variety!!!
