Default What was your rate of wt. loss in Phase 2?

I am on week 5 and I have lost 15.5

Phase 1 lost 10lbs

Phase 2: Week one 2.5
Week two 3.0

I am really pleased but I know a lot of people say that their wt. loss slowed so I was wondering what most of us have done.

I lost 12 pounds in phase 1, which I did for only the regular 2 weeks. After that, I stalled the first week on phase 2, but I think I got too excited about adding carbs. But most weeks after that, I've lost anywhere from 1.5 to 3 pounds a week, up to a total of 34 pounds now since January! It tends to be closer to the 3 pound mark for the week when I get more exercise.

Let's see -- I started SB on the day after Easter. I lost 8 lbs. on Phase I, weeks 1 & 2. We did Phase I for three weeks, and I lost a total of 11.5 on a three-week Phase I. This is beginning of Week Four of Phase II, and I've lost 3.5 lbs. so far -- 'bout a pound a week. I weigh on Mondays, but I know I'd lost .5 lbs between 1 May and and 3 May. So my May total loss is 4 lbs. Confused?? Me, too!

I lost 10 lbs. through 2 weeks of Phase I and 1 lb. in my first week of Phase II. However, I may have lost more had I not be so dang naughty!
