Let's see -- I started SB on the day after Easter. I lost 8 lbs. on Phase I, weeks 1 & 2. We did Phase I for three weeks, and I lost a total of 11.5 on a three-week Phase I. This is beginning of Week Four of Phase II, and I've lost 3.5 lbs. so far -- 'bout a pound a week. I weigh on Mondays, but I know I'd lost .5 lbs between 1 May and and 3 May. So my May total loss is 4 lbs. Confused?? Me, too!
