Ladies, this I can hardly believe. My DS is 9 days post-op from pretty serious abdominal surgery. We'd been doing SB for three weeks prior to her operation. Her recovery was so remarkable that her surgeon let her go home the next day -- 2 days before most folks are released. She was eating regular (SB) meals one day post-op. When she went to the surgeon yesterday for a check, he remarked on her amazing recovery power. We told him about SB and how it's changed the lives of our whole family. Bottom line: he's getting the book and hittin' the beach!
We tell everyone we can about this lifestyle -- I think we've rounded up about 5-6 so far. I consider this so important -- the more we share our success, the more people can be healthy.
