I have posted a few times, but I haven't said 'hi' yet.

I started the SBD at the beginning of January and I am so thankful for this new way of life. I have lost 30 lbs. so far on the beach.

This is a great site...I wish I would have found it sooner.

I have some friends that are currently on another stretch of the Beach. However, there is a bully that is kicking sand in everyone's faces.

If I invited them and they followed me over here, would you protect them with your dogs?

It's just sad to see people get beaten up when they need to be built up.

Want to start the South Beach Diet, One of my clients has just started the SBLife Plan she looks Fantastic. How do I start? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
