HI all,
I'm new to SBD and just wanted to introduce myself. Started Monday and was hoping to lose about 10 lbs. My weekness with these diets is willpower and I think joining others in the same struggle will provide the motivation I need to be successful. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and sharing in celebrations of successful weight loss.

Don't really know what's up. Tomorrow will mark one week on the plan. I've only cheated once (with a small bar of chocolate).
