Newbie!

  • HI all,
    I'm new to SBD and just wanted to introduce myself. Started Monday and was hoping to lose about 10 lbs. My weekness with these diets is willpower and I think joining others in the same struggle will provide the motivation I need to be successful. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and sharing in celebrations of successful weight loss.

  • Thanks for the welcome. Have you lost anymore weight from 2 days ago? I havent exactly weighed myself yet, but I think I'm at 130 lb, 5' 4". I would like to get down to 120. I guess I'll go weigh myself.
  • No, I've actually gained a pound since then. Don't really know what's up. Tomorrow will mark one week on the plan. I've only cheated once (with a small bar of chocolate).
  • Well you hang in there. I'm sure its tough to lose as little as we are trying to lose. I've always heard the last 10 lbs are the hardest. I also noticed you posted about breaking up with your bf. How is that going? And which college do you go to?
