I'm new to SBD and just wanted to introduce myself. Started Monday and was hoping to lose about 10 lbs. My weekness with these diets is willpower and I think joining others in the same struggle will provide the motivation I need to be successful. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and sharing in celebrations of successful weight loss.
Thanks for the welcome. Have you lost anymore weight from 2 days ago? I havent exactly weighed myself yet, but I think I'm at 130 lb, 5' 4". I would like to get down to 120. I guess I'll go weigh myself.
No, I've actually gained a pound since then. Don't really know what's up. Tomorrow will mark one week on the plan. I've only cheated once (with a small bar of chocolate).
Well you hang in there. I'm sure its tough to lose as little as we are trying to lose. I've always heard the last 10 lbs are the hardest. I also noticed you posted about breaking up with your bf. How is that going? And which college do you go to?
