Default ? For Canadian SB'ers

Can anyone find Fat Free half and half?
Also I can not find sugar free pudding? I have only looked where they keep the ready made pudding and could not find sugar free. It never occured for me to check the insant package stuff. I will check the grocery store tommorrow. Maybe I will find it there.

SF/FF is in the instant pudding section. Jello makes a white chocolate that is delicious!
As to ff half and half, IMHO we don't have it around here anyhow. How can cream be fat free unless it's soy. On the other hand, we do have fat free sour cream? Let me know if you find it.

I will post if I find the FF half and half in Canada. I'm going to Michigan in May so I will try to pick some up then.
Thanks for the replies

I haven't had any luck finding fat free half and half either although I have seen a lighter version by Neilson. I have been using regular but I only have 1 coffee per day.

Jello brand has SF puddings mixes that you have to make with milk -so far I have tried vanilla, butterscotch and chocolate - the chocolate being my favorite. I make it in a big bowl then split it into single serving containers (I use the Ziplock brand) - this makes it easier to toss into a lunch and that I eat only the one serving instead at a time instead of the whole darned thing at one sitting

I think I saw the watermelon flavour of SF Jello at Loblaws.
