Carb cravings gone!

  • I have officially completed a week on SB diet without cheating! And I noticed yesterday that my cravings had gone and it seemed so much easier! The main thing that I think that helps is eat all your snacks even when you don't feel like it. If I let myself get to hungry chances are I will blow it

  • I am with you! Today makes one week and I would've NEVER dreamed that I could've made it one week without cheating! While reading the book I honestly didn't believe the testimonials, but my goodness.......THEY WERE RIGHT! I feel GREAT and I want this to continue!!!!!!!!!!! I totally look at EVERY label now. How good it feels to have knowledge!!!
  • same here. i no longer crave sweets. i love it. i wish i was losing weight faster, but hey what can ya do. lol i need to exercise more often. but yeah i dont want bread anymore either. hope it lasts!
  • I don't crave sweets at all and I used to. We had a birthday party for my daughter and had cake and ice cream and I ate a piece of low carb cheese cake and felt very satisfied. I even have to remind myself to have a morning snack.

  • Destructive....I LOVE June 19th...that is my son's birthday! I should set a goal for that date also b/c since his birth (7years ago on 6/19) I have done nothing but go up,up,up the scale. Actually I did good getting off most of that weight, it was 3 years later when I had my daughter that I ballooned and have stayed at that weight, BUT WITH NO BABY INSIDE ME!!!!!!!!! Imagine that! I can honestly say that I was a TRUE carb-o-holic! I do miss some of my "junk" items but I feel great and it has only been a week.
