    I have been on Phase 2 for a week and stayed the same. I had lost 6 pounds up until now. Maybe this is what I need to get motivated again! It's too good a diet to give up on!!! MaryDark Orange

    For me, the actions it is going to take are that I need to put my shoes on and walk round the block once a day. Just that. And another action is that I am going to swap wine for water in the evening for the two weeks.

  • For me my goal is going to be to stick to the plan. Eat more veggies. Drink more water. And check into this site at least once a day.
  • I am going to stick to the SBD plan no matter what. Unfortunately, I am a little under the weather and getting a bad cold so I am exhausted every day and need rest more than exercise right now. However, I am going to check in regularly with the other chicks as I know this will help to keep me on track!
  • I'm in, too. I've been plateau'd after my first 6# loss.
    what i need to do:
    make exercise non-negotiable! DAILY
    drink more
    add more vegebables more often

    I'm pretty new to the site so I'm still trying to figure ya'll out. If you are going to do the 5 pounds....how long and how are ya gonna?

    Clovey started the challenge. It is until April 1st and we have to stay on plan SBD and do our exercise. Each of us are trying to lose 5 pounds by then! Good Luck,

    In need of some motiviation right now. Have snuck in a few high sugar snacks in the last two days!

    April 1st eh? Ok - I'll go to the Gym at LEAST three times per week. No munching after 8PM. Only good/healthy snacks to pass my lips. Drink my water allotment every day!

    Off and running (well, maybe walking fast)!

    I gained 2 pounds yesterday!

    If we can gain 2 or 3 in one week, we can lose 5 in two!!!!!!
  • We are really packing in a challenge group here! Cool! Ellis and Mon, why do you feel you gained? Are you exercising more (muscles versus fat) or TOM or change in eating? Curious only because once I go out of Phase 1, I am sure Phase 2 the loss is slower.

    Bird Lady I hope you feel better soon. I have been fighting off something myself, so I know how hard it is when you are tired and just want to sleep. Dieting is the last thing you feel like doing. Stick with us girl!

    Also, I noted we have alot of Tracy's on this site. I am a Tracey too!
  • I'm doubling my water intake at work, 64 instead of 32 ounces. Kind of hard as a teacher, but I'll have to deal with it. I am working my exercise group harder. My legs have been sore all week. I'm already down another 1 1/2 pounds this week.

  • Rubens, it's the old "Bridge Mixture and Chips" trip. I'm starting with my personal trainer tomorrow, so I'm enjoying myself in the meantime.
