Hey Nascar Girl. We were rooting for Dale Jr. And he won! We have an out of town guest who is really into Nascar so we watched the race w/her and rooted for whoever she wanted!

Clovey, I am totally A BBC America watching freak. Changing rooms, room & Garden rivals, Coupling, Monty Python, Monarch of the Glen (Oy that Archie is a handsome bloke) What not to wear, etc etc and I pretty much can figure out the differences in some of the words that we use differently, but what does it mean when you say some1 has lost a stone. I gather it has to do with losing weight but how much weight? Can you inform us Yankees as to how many pounds approx = a stone. Please? Its killing me!

Well, I am off to the bank and to the gym so I get get out of this non-exercising funk I have been in!

Jennie-We are Dale Jr. fans too. My boyfriend calls him June Bug. I didn't think he'd finish in the top 10 with the way the first half of the race was going. :D

CrystalCaity-Anytime you get in that scrubbing mood, feel free to come over to my place. I think it would be worth it to pay for a plane ticket for you to come deep clean my appartment. :p

C-handla-Congrats on the 7 pounds! I wish I could say the same for me!

Nascar-The only thing worse than not feeling sexy is having someone else make a comment about it. I promise there is a lot more to being sexy than just being skinny.

Clovey-I did ballet for 13 years and I was the round short girl for most of that. I didn't care when I was young because I knew I was the best fat little ballerina in the class. :dance:

Not a very OP weekend for me. At least I got some exercise in watching 5 hours of live bands. I'm too scared to weigh this week because I know I didn't lose anything and more than likely gained a few pounds. :mad:

I found some pictures of me from the last couple of years before I gained back all of this weight and I put them up to help motivate me. Its amazing to see what 30 pounds looks like. I know what it feels like, but to actually look at me now compared to 30 pounds lighter or 30 pounds heavier really puts things in perspective. My face stays the same but my neck, shoulders, chest, waist, arms, hips, legs and butt change so much its hard to believe. :o I better get some work done and start my week off with going to the gym. :strong:

Hey Nascar.....men can be :ink: even the ones we are married to. They really don't think with the right head. ;) They sometimes say things joking and don't relize that they hurt our feelings. So go buy yourself a sexy little nightie have a bath in something vanilla scented and then parade around the house or bedroom. Then tell him not tonight sweetheart I have a headache. :lol: Then maybe he will get the picture but more than likely he will not even remember what he said. I do now that for myself since I have lost weight I feel sexier and I dress sexier ( in the bedroom) and my DH loves it. I think that alot of it is in how we feel about ourselves.

I hope you enjoyed the race. I would love to get tickets and take my dh to a race. We watch it all the time. We have a little pool going on with me and DH and our youngest dd. I love Jimmie Johnson. OHHHHHHHHHHHHH he is a little hottie. Have a great day.

Ok gals I'm a Labonte fan #18, but he had a bad day yesterday. That Ryan Newman is a rising star!! He may be the next champion. Jr's pit crew won him the race. His car was not all that good all day. The pit stradegy won the race. :o Yep little Chick Johnson is a cutie :love: you can get tickets at Talledega real reasonable. about $65 for the race weekend 3 races ! You have to sit as high up as you can though to see the entire track. We sit on the back stretch I like it better than the front. Atlanta is overly priced for the front $135/each :o But we sit in turn 3 in the east grandstand and the tickets are $65 for the spring race. fall is a little higher about $85 I believe. Atlanta is a fast track.
