Default should i or should i not?? - a newbie

hi everyone....i have this dilema which i hope i can get advice from you guyz...i wanted to lose some wt about 10lbs...rite now my eating patterns is norm i tried to eat everything in bal...but of cos derz time when i will be like havg my desserts and my fav snacks chocolates.

i used to be on atkins diet wic i dropped off coz i juz cant simply drop off my carbs esp bread. recently i tried taking SBD, but again.i lack of the will power to stay on the diet due to the carbs eating lifestyle..i knw that in SBD u are allowed to eat bread, but it gotta be wholewheat type. I dun have any probs wf this. only that in my country, itz pretty hard not to eat anytg wf refined flour..itz practically impossible.

hence rite now i hope i can be advise if i should be on this diet. i reali wanted to get rid of the last 10lbs. i have put on.. i am abt 168cm (estiamted to be close to 5"6 & weigh abt 119-120lbs [54kg]) i am not fat but i am too fleshy wic i juz wan to lose more so that i can fit on my clothes beta. as every inch of my flesh will show.

i dun look in foto, and i look bloated. Hate every mmt the way i look in the mirror when i wake up, and i will be depress over my wt and how i look. i m afraid that i could not overcome my carbs eating pattern....sorry abt the long rants but i reali need some good & practical advise.thks

According to my weight watchers guide you should be about 56-71 kg for your height. This currently makes you underweight not overweight. I think at your weight the occasional desert and chocolates are fine as long as you are also eating enough fruit, vegetables, and healthy fats, carbos, and protein food. I would work on raising your self-image and being proud of the body you currently have rather than trying to lose more weight.

Are you exercising? Chick on the Beach is right. You don't need to lose any more weight, but it sounds as though some exercise is what you need to firm you up. An aerobics class/some weights/yoga... there are all kinds of things you could do. Some of the women here do belly dancing, which would be a GREAT way of gaining some definition.
Good luck!

And remember to drink lots of water, even if you are not dieting. Your skin will thank you for it.
