to me about how many good kind of carbs i could start eating again.
i read the book but i`m confused

i dont know if there is a limit on how many times a day we can eat the carbs.
ex: can i eat oatmeal with fruit or high fiber cereal for breakfast then
for lunch some low fat protein with high fiber bread, then some brown rice or whole wheat pasta with diner and maybe another friuit or yogurt for desert.
is that too many carbs?? thanks...
