Default SBD Carb/Calorie Count Question

Goodmorning Chickies,

Today is day 4 of Phase 1 for me. I've been tracking my eats on fitday. Does anyone else do this?
I'm wondering what the carb count is for a days eats on SBD? I know it may vary slightly based on what you have but I was hoping someone might know.
Also about how many calories do you intake on phase 1?

I hope I'm not being a pain, but, I'm stressing over this? Yesterday my carbs logged in as 45 grams. I know that's higher than Atkins or Protein Power plans suggest.

Any guidance or advice would be helpful. Thanks

Yes, Canon, you're stressing over it. There are a few obsessive people here who use Fitday (Ruth? ) , but you don't need to count! That's the beauty of this program. Let it go...

Ellis,

Thank you, that takes a load off. It gets complicated when you read "other" plans and "think" your doing something wrong.

Thanks

Just keep in mind that SBD is a "ggod carb" diet, not a low-carb one.

It's hard to give up our obsessions after so many years of counting and recording everything. I do use fitday and try to keep around 1200-1300 calories but really fret about fiber and protein being too low rather than worrying about carbs. As to fat, you need at least 20 grams per day in order to properly utilize nutrients in your food.
