Salad Dressing ??
 

OK - Its official - I have started my "beach trip" today. So, the past 12 hours have been going good! :p I did have a grilled chicken salad at lunch and I had a little bit of ranch dressing - is that bad? I dont know what kind of dressing is OK in Phase 1. I've kinda started on my own just by what I've read - my book must be lost in the mail - ordered it 2 weeks ago! So if anyone could tell me what kinds of salad dressings are OK, I'd appreciate it.

FYI - I didnt use alot of dressing in case it was bad - at least thats one good thing on my side ;)
