Hello everyone! Thought I'd jump in and introduce myself. I'm Melinda, 26 years old and I live in Northern Virginia where I'm a federal employee. I'm getting married in April, and I'd really like to lose at least 15 lbs by then. I started out losing weight in 1996 when I graduated from high school at 215...got down to about 180 on my own before joining weight watchers. Through doing WW on my own at home I got down to 134 in Sept of 01. But, I've gone back up to 186 since then
This is my second time trying south beach, and I'm determined to stick to it this time!
