I screwed up this weekend too

Ate pasta saturday night including a piece of bread dipped in olive oil and had a large almond cookie this afternoon.

My husband thinks I am crazy as well. He is not on SB with me so I have to make sure he has his fill of carbs...bread, potatoes, pasta and even pies laying around the kitchen. It is very hard to stay focused but I am really committed this time. Fortuately I only have 15 lbs to lose and have dropped 10 since mid November. It seems the less you have to lose the longer it takes. I'm lucky if I lose a 1/2 lb a week sometimes. So give yourself a break and start fresh tomorrow.
