I have been reading some of the other posts and it seems that most everyone is doing great. Way to go!
This is my second week on SBD. I cheated one day during week one and still managed to drop 4.5 pounds. I cheated the first day of week two but got back on track the next day. My cheating has been around consuming more than I should rather than eating the wrong foods - which is a very good thing. Saw some cookies at work yesterday that were screaming my name. I managed to stay away from them but, boy, was I drooling....
Even with the incentive from the weight loss I still have given into the urge to overeat. Anyone else have the same urge? Do you have any sure fire suggestions for not giving in to that urge?
