I too am starting on Monday after a little weekend away with the ladies.
I did this in July and had wonderful results. I have been trying to get back on it and keep slipping up. I had, until this week, been keeping the 10 pounds I had lost off, but noticed they are creeping back on. I need/want/will do this again. My new motivation besides my health, is my mom and sister are coming to visit for Christmas.
