Hello,I am Stacy and I just bought the book.I will continue reading today and tonight.I have a brief idea of the plan.
One question,in phase one and I allowed some skim milk in my morning coffee?
I know Atkins said 1/2 and 1/2 was okay,but I just read no dairy.Has anyone had any milk and still seen success?
I have done w.w. on and off for the past year.I did lose 40+lbs but I am having a hard time staying on it and maintaining my loss.I would still like to lose 30-40 lbs.I know sweets and junk and my downfall.
Anyway,I would love some support.I am a sahm with 3 girls ages 8,4,and 2.

Welcome!!! I have cream in my coffee everyday and it has not hurt me one bit, although I only have 1 cup in the am. Play around with it and see what works best for you
