Beef Jerky

  • My only problem on SBD has been the need for quick, filling, low carb- no prep snacks that keep me away from cheese!
    I found the regular beef jerkey at Walmart to have only 2 g. of carbs per serving compared to 6-10 grams with many of the others.
    The salt content is high which isn't great...
    BUT- anyone else for quick, easy low fat snacks????
    I tried the hummus but I love it and will eat about half that little container in a sitting!!!!
