I am really feeling down right now....my son just told me he and his wife are splitting up....they have two children....I am so depressed.

Thanks to all of you...I have cried so many tears this weekend...I feel weak. I have to snap out of this...my surgery is Thursday...I keep telling myself this is not about me...but I am just devestated...I treated my daughter in law like one of my own...she has made unkind comments about me to my son. I am astounded.

Gosh Ruth....I have my own thread?

Whimsey: So sorry about your son and family. This happened to my daughter and family, and after a while it turned out that it was the best thing for everyone. Just keep loving them

And remember that you won't want to have puffy lids before your surgery. And afterwards, no rubbing your eyes, only patting. So be sure and get the weeping done before that.
