Hey everybody! After one week of being on the diet, I have finally lost my first 2 pounds, and I think they both happened in the past 2 days! wow! It feels really good and hopefully now that my body is starting to react to the change in the way Ive been eating, I will keep losing weight steadily! Just thought Id share that, Ive been telling everybody I saw today! lol. Good Luck to everyone, and for those of you that just started dont get discouraged the 1st week if you dont lose any or even gain a lb or two at first because I did just from getting all the water back in my body I wasnt drinking before. You will see results!
