Hi skevett & welcome!
You should see some weight loss the 1st week, even if mostly water. Not all of us have a drastic loss, but Ph1 is great for getting hunger & cravings in check, making it easier to stay on plan. Counting calories is not necessary, but I do log & track everything I eat daily in a free app that does, LoseIt. You do want to eat enough to keep your metabolism from slowing. Someone almost always checks in daily in the monthly thread, see January for updates. Hope we hear more from you! Best of luck. |
