Ruth hey you are under from before the wedding. That’s great!!!

Pearlrose it is amazing how long you have to wait for a specialist at times. I am fortunate as my insurance plan does not require referrals.

Today I am starting the month 5 pounds less than last month! That officially puts me under my goal weight. I have been diligent logging this week. I really do believe increasing my water to 100 ounces per day really helped. I am pre TOM and feeling sluggish this week. I did manage to get some miles in on the trainer last night which probably helped some.

I’m still working but waiting for my car to get a much overdue oil change. The place we have a contract with is on my way home which helps.

Nothing exciting planned after work just the gym and lots of errands. Depending on what time they take my car in, the gym may get replaced by the trainer. I do not like going after 5 as it starts getting pretty crowded.

Hope the end of the work week went smoothly.

Hey chicks, I'm tired but wanted to check in. Great day today; the kids won! I had salad bar for lunch (OP!!) but came home for a glass of wine and WW frozen pizza for dinner. That's my reward for a long week. I guess sometime I need to stop rewarding myself with food; I think that's one of my major problems.

This weekend is going to be all about Christmas: outdoor lights, the tree, starting on the indoor decorations and swapping out my dishes. I have a turkey breast thawing to roast as well.

And now I'm going to watch a little TV and will soon be falling asleep. See you tomorrow.

Last and first for me today.

So now that I wrapped up one major project it is on to the next; of course "the next" is mostly fun since it is Christmas. Right now I'm just waiting on the coffee and then DH and I will make our list and plan our attack. I guess I also need to do a little laundry, make my breakfast quiche and pay a few bills...

Anyway, enjoy you day chicks!

Good morning,

Slept in a bit this morning, felt great! DH and I went and saw Wonder last night, it was good. Today not sure what is on the agenda but I want to go spend my Kohls cash to get a couple more gifts for girls at work. I spend my rebate check from Menards last night, I love shopping with free money lol. The scale went down a lb so I have official lost 1 lb already in December lol, the real test will be to lose a couple more and stay there at the end of the month.

Beth so cool that your kids one for their robotics project. Enjoy your Christmas decorating today.

Good morning,

On Thursday I went to the Chiropractic for the first time. So far I love it! I was pain free on my back all day Saturday and Friday, last night while sleeping I got a little pain. I weigh in yesterday and I was back to my starting weight at the beginning of November.

Today we are having family coming over to our annual Christmas cooking. Everything that we are cooking is fried empanadas (it has meat, potatoes, onions, tomatoes and the dough is made out of corn) bunuelos (it is like a cheese ball made out of cheese and corn starch and flour) I don't like bunuelos but I love empanadas, I will do my best to just eat a little bit and not over eat like always.

Pearlrose- Have fun at Kohls
Beth- enjoy your x-mas decorating today.
Jennifer- congrats on being under your goal weight. I need to be more consistent perhaps I should start tracking my eating and activity again.
Schmoodle- Ants are gone! I called Teminix and they sprayed everywhere.

I’ll post more later....Schmoodle I bake my empanadas. I line a cookie sheet with foil, lightly brush olive oil on it, then place the empanadas on top and brush with olive oil. I do cheat and use the premade Goya discs. My sister puts yellow raisins in hers. I make mine with ground turkey breast, hard boiled egg, green olives, garlic, adobo, sazon, tomatoe paste and a little extra garlic. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them pretty much anyway I have had them. Enjoy this tradition with your family.

Good morning!

I jumped back into healthy eating but I can't seem to get my smoothie made before I have to head out the door. Tomorrow I work and no I will bring it. Trying to help my sister out a lot right now. Also trying to add knowledge I have stuff to do. Two people seem to get things done easier so she Came and helped me in the yard this morning now I am walking out the door to help her paint. We have two nice days then we go into cold weather.
