    We really have missed you. Hope you have an easier time next week. At least tomorrow is Friday.

    What kind of foods are you adding this week? I'm still at fruits, and an occasional Whole grain. I'm scared to weigh, but I am now fitting into my old size 10's in the closet. This is good news for me!

    Try to stop in more often...I miss your posts.

    I really need to re-commit....I'm getting desperate ...I want to succeed in losing weight

    I've gotten really way off track and I felt so much better eating the SBD way...

    Plan Plan Plan....that's my goal for this weekend...
    Monday (as usual for everyone) will be my official restart...

    I'm still at 201 right now, so I'll keep my stats where they are...
