What's for dinner week of October 17th

  • Today's dinner is not a very healthy option, but the portion is small. 2 small chicken tenders, coleslaw and baked beans. The rest of the day will be OP. I have my annual next week and would like to weigh less than last year lol
  • Last night I had the rest of the bean etc soup that I made. I wish I'd written down the recipe!

    It's a beautiful mild day today so it's a grilling night - burger with no bun and a mixed green salad.

    Maybe with some green beans on the side; I think I have some fresh ones that need to be cooked.
  • Tonight it's gluten free pizza...yum!
  • Tonight: grilled steak and veggies, LF refried beans, LF cheese all over a bed of lettuce - YUM!

  • Yesterday was pick 2 from Panera..turkey cranberry flatbread and autumn squash soup. Tonight is a veggie enchilada and rice....I am eating on the go most of the week. Trying to stay OP phase 2 ish lol
