Anyone care to join me this month tracking your exercise. It helps me stay accountable to see the monthly total versus just the daily amount in my apps.

I did not make my goal last month so going to adjust a bit but still aim for 1250 minutes for August.

Goal: 1250 minutes

Ok Pearlrose I'm in!! I might just post weekly, but I promise to post unlike the last few months lol. Not setting a goal. Just going for consistency. I seem to have found my grove again.

1. 30 min indoor cycling 6 miles 10 min free weights
2. 40 min indoor cycling 8 miles
3. 20 min walk
4. 20 min walk
5. 2 hrs cycling 30 miles
6. rest
7. 6 hours 20 min cycling 100 miles
8-14 not worth mentioning lol
15 2 hours cycling 30 miles
16 30 min indoor cycling 6 miles 10 minutes core
17 35 minutes indoor cycling 7 miles
18 35 minutes indoor cycling 7 miles

19-22 ?
23 1 HR 10 min cycling 18 miles
