Good morning. Today I am thankful for speaking my mind yesterday without getting "emotional." I have a very bad habit of bottling up things and then exploding lol. I'm working on being heard better if that makes sense. I am also thankful for the great sleeping weather again last night.

Pearlrose I'm glad the biopsy is over. How are you feeling today?

Yesterday was busy and productive! Lots of work in the yard and I took my friend to Denver to pick up her car and got Some errands run in the process.

It looks like another beautiful day so I started early. LOL. I got the car decluttered of last weeks rental project and then filled it with recycle, which included eight bottles of anti-freeze with 2 inches in each bottle. Thx Kirk. I'm glad they take it. I don't remember ever buying anti-freeze. I just take my car to the shop.

Today I'm going to focus on getting some plants out of the greenhouse need to go in the ground and getting some plants in the beds in the greenhouse that are sitting on his floor. I need to edge the rest of my sidewalk so I can put the tiller times on and get a little area did with potatoes. I get the house tidied up this morning because I think a friend is coming over to pick up some stuff I sold on the yard sale site. She's wanted to see the house for a long time so I'm sure she will get a tour. That's a win-win situation. LOL

Grateful for summer weather today and a lot of their stuff! Have a great day everyone!

Thankful for a clear calendar today and thoughtful about how to handle a problem with a Paws volunteer who is being a bit of a prima donna. I think I'll let it just simmer for a while and I won't have to do my team leader/supervisor schtick.

We are still coolish but things are supposed to warm up a little starting tomorrow. I still have planting to do and sure plan to get at it this afternoon. This morning I plan to actually sit in the sun on the back deck and do some quilting. The dogs will be astonished! I'll also do some food porn creation - I promised a rum cake for Shirleyanne's Celebration of Life on Saturday in Ottawa. I also have a spaghetti squash and an eggplant hollering for my attention. I'll just bake the squash and roast some eggplant slices to freeze and have on hand when I feel more creative.

The dogs are whimpering a bit which means their pal Milo has arrived for his morning visit. He lives up the hill and knows to avoid the road and sneak down the back way. He knows The Delta Dog Dame is always good for a treat and a skritch behind his ear.

Good morning,

I am thankful for feeling great this morning. Other than retaining 5 lbs of water weight today everything else feels great. They removed a very big fibroid which was taking up 80 of space. I just have to do a follow up appointment in 4 to 8 weeks and that is that. DD2 did not pass her exam, really wish I could take for her she has test anxiety which makes it worse. She is going to sign up for a review class that she will take in a couple of weeks, she can retake her test after a month.

Debbie sounds like you have lots of energy today

Jekel glad you were able to speak your mind, as I get older I speak up much more and don't get things bottled in either at home or at work

Ruth glad the weather is going to warm up a bit for you, we are slowly headed into the 90s for this weekend.

Happy Thursday, chicks!

I'm thankful it is almost the weekend and I have no plans to travel anywhere to help anyone do anything! I get to stay home and do my own thing.

Pearlrose, glad yesterday was successful.

Jennifer, I usually speak my mind a bit too bluntly. I think that is why I never considered a job in administration.
