What's For Dinner?!
Hi everyone, I thought I would revive the old post that we use to have around these parts that asks the question "what's for dinner?" To provide everyone with ideas and inspiration on all those tasty and SBD friendly dishes.
For me, tonights menu was: Taco Salad with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, green onion, and spicy ground beef topped with a little rf cheddar and salsa.... so yummy, a taco without the shell :) |
Tuscan pork tenderloin
Green Beans Sweet Potato |
Quinoa
2 fried eggs Super greens salad w/spicy nuts and basil balsamic dressing Ezekiel toast w/ sf marmalade |
Baked haddock (had a ground almond topping), shrimp cocktail
steamed broccoli small sweet potato |
I made turkey chili with carrots, celery and tomatoes, chili and cumin powder and chicken broth and tomato paste. That will also be my lunch for the next two days.

Last night we had grilled chicken breast with seasonings (oh, those premade McCormick ones are SO GOOD, and my kids eat chicken breast now!) texas caviar leftover hard boiled eggs strawberries rice if wanted |

Tonight im thinking a nice chicken caeser salad... with broccoli on the side dor extra veggie power

seasoned rice snap peas, carrots and peppers |
Veggie quinoa chili....all the chili posts reminded me I still had some in the freezer. So good and easy!

Tonight was just left overs from the last two days... a little chili with a side caesar

A huge salad: turkey, avocado, artichoke hearts, red peppers, cucumbers, red onions wth oil and vinegar.
