Going out tonight. Pre-perused the menus, steak tacos with veggies instead of rice.

Some kinda salad, whatever veggies are left with some hard boiled egges chopped and thrown on top

Had MIL over for dinner. Allowed a freer meal tonight, steak, sweet potato, veggies, wine and strawberries

leftovers tonight. We have a pile of stuff to pick from. I will probably have steak, veggies and melon. Trying to keep it light today.
MTA - nope I had leftover chicken and leftover fish and made tacos out of it (corn tortillas). |

I've got a very small skinny piece of steak which I hope to transform into some sort of stir-fry with baby bok choy, red pepper strips, carrot shreds green onions and some soy sauce. I might have it with quinoa or some brown rice.

Left over pork loin, acorn squash and fresh broccoli.

lamb chops with a garlic mint vinagrette. Underdeveloped broccoli rabe because it is flowering before setting adequate heads :( Leftover rice.

Peach BBQ salmon, green beans, watermelon.

I needed quick and easy because I was in the garden all day. Made Crockpot Chicken Curry and Thai Cucumber Salad.

Made our new, favorite salad Crunchy Cashew Thai Quinoa Salad with some thinly sliced grilled chicken added to the mix. :drool:
