Default Is this "bread" recipe ok for PH1?

It looks fine to me. I can't quite tell the serving size vs how much flax per day we are allowed in PH1. Can anyone assist with that?

Thanks!

Yes, as long as you stick to the serving size. I think there is a 3T limit for flax serving in P1. There are some muffin recipes like this in the Phase 1 Breakfast Recipes.

Hi

I could not really figure out the serving size. It says 12 slices but not sure how many tablespoons of flax would be in one slice. (Never was a good math student ).

Any thoughts?

Thanks

I did the math last night and I think each serving has about 2.7 T. the limit is 3T for P1 so it works.
