Question cream cheese
is this acceptable in phase 1. it is whipped, has 3 carbs, 3 sugars per 2 tbsp

If I am correct, I believe it needs to be the LIGHT cream cheese. Just like my laughing cow!!! HTH!!

Suzanne, I think it's cream cheese made with soya. I bet it's awful!
I have been sneaky sometimes and substituted Philladelphia Ultra-Low Fat for Laughing Cow. I've not run it through Fitday but I suspect ti's the same as far as calories, carbs and fat is concerned.
"Dairy-free cream cheese" - the phrase is an oxymoron!
