Hi, I am starting SB tomorrow, I am ready, did my shopping and have a mind set. I did SB several years ago, stuck with it for 2 yrs, felt great, looked great and ate great, then life got in the way. So, I know it is time to get back to feeling good about myself and eating better.
I have two fears, lunch and when I get home from work, those are my weak times. Lunch because I am limited as to what I can eat at work and after work is my food eat a thon time.
But I am ready, and I have been reading posts on 3FC so that helps. I don't have anyone here to support me, so will keep reading posts to help myself,

I have my DS lol but he is definitely not in my support network. I struggle at night, but am finally starting to accept I'm tired not hungry and make myself go to bed. It's helping
back. It's hard not to have support at home. DW usually starts with me then strays, like now, and it's hard for me to stay on plan.
