Starting Fresh

  • Hi, I am starting SB tomorrow, I am ready, did my shopping and have a mind set. I did SB several years ago, stuck with it for 2 yrs, felt great, looked great and ate great, then life got in the way. So, I know it is time to get back to feeling good about myself and eating better.
    I have two fears, lunch and when I get home from work, those are my weak times. Lunch because I am limited as to what I can eat at work and after work is my food eat a thon time.
    But I am ready, and I have been reading posts on 3FC so that helps. I don't have anyone here to support me, so will keep reading posts to help myself,

  • You have us for support and Welcome Back. I remember you I have my DS lol but he is definitely not in my support network. I struggle at night, but am finally starting to accept I'm tired not hungry and make myself go to bed. It's helping
  • back. It's hard not to have support at home. DW usually starts with me then strays, like now, and it's hard for me to stay on plan.

    I find having lots of veggies on hand that I can just grab and eat helps. Those peanut butter cups at night sure do help too!
