On Plan Thread September 21-27

  • Sunday
    B: cheese omlette with guacamole
    L: either a hot dog or a hamburger with salad at church bbq
    S: wine and cheese and perhaps some charcuterie
    D: spicy grilled shrimp and fried green tomatoes (will use a tiny bit of breading)
  • Sunday

    Breakfast: Greek yogurt
    Lunch: chicken salad, lettuce, iced tea
    Snack: nut butter boats
    Dinner: salmon cake, spinach, salad with dressing

    Still no loss. I need to walk, and I think I should watch portions this week. I'll be back, I'm sure
  • Monday
    B: greek yogurt with sunflower seeds
    L: staff lunch @work: sliced steak, green beans, salad, cheese
    S: roasted chick peas/some wasabi peas/ a little popcorn (off plan, clearly)
    D: 1 turkey sausage and grilled squash
  • Tuesday:

    B: sliced cucumber/greek yogurt/sunflower seeds
    L: off plan at Japanese - felt gross after
    D: still felt gross from dinner. Had some roasted chick peas
  • Monday:
    B: greek yogurt w/agave nectar, coffee w/naughty creamer
    L: chicken chili
    D: mock green chile chicken enchiladas
    S: celery sticks w/laughing cow wedge

    Need to focus on upping my veggies, brought lots with me today. Got some FF 1/2&1/2 and some SF flavor for my coffee at work. Going to try and limit what I add in, hopefully start drinking it black someday...or not at all!

    Peeked at the scale this morning, already down a couple of pounds, due to some major water retention from this weekend I'm sure...but a smaller number is always nice to see.

    L: turkey sausage link with grilled squash
    S: "meatball stroganoff" soup from Hale and Hearty, no noodles (it was really disgusting)
    D: spinach pie and babaganoush
  • Phase 1.5

    Turkey bacon
    Poached egg
    V8

    Veggie & chick pea soup
    Greek yogurt
    Diet coke

    Meatballs w/ nsa marinara & fresh parm
    Brocolli
    Carrots
    Glass of skim milk

    Raw veggie w/ hummus
  • Yesterday (Thursday) was completely off plan all day. Not going to list it.

    Friday:
    B: chicken with chick peas and guacamole single
    L: hamburger patty with roasted broccoli and cauliflower; babaganoush
    D: spinach and filo pies
  • Saturday:
    B: omelette with guacamole single
    S: almonds
    L: not sure yet. I might have to bring something, since I'll be at Coney Island
    D: not sure yet
