Today:
B: kefir and a salad. Brunch: I might get something off plan here. If I do, what will be off plan is potato pancakes as part of a larger dish but I'm not sure if I'm going to order that. The other option is lobster benedict with no muffin. I'm leaning toward the potato pancake option. D: I will have to throw something together here at home. I might make that oven fried zuccini again since I loved it so much. Monday starts Phase 1 in earnest. I've been eating very low carb lately, so I don't think it will be too difficult. |
Today: Phase I (almost)
B- veggie omelet L- garden salad with tuna S- PB- chocolate smoothie D- meatball casserole w/ extra sauteed mushrooms & onions, cole slaw D- TBD but probably a 1-minute cake The thing that blew my Phase I was the glass of red wine... |
Today: going for Phase I:
B-veggie omelet (I've been throwing in cherry tomatoes from the garden- YUM!) L- salad w/ deli meat of some sort S- probably a smoothie D- TBD D- another one of those instant cakes no wine today, no mindless noshing. I will use gum if I get the munchies |
