The first thing I would say is that you are gaining muscle mass and retaining water with hard work outs. I would bet, if you didn't exercise this week (not recommended!), you'd drop those couple pounds.
As well, it sounds like you're working hard and staying on track (cashews are my downfall. Dear goodness, I can't stop at 15 either!), that you should pay more attention to your measurements than your weight. Are your clothes baggy? More comfie?
Don't let this discourage you! You didn't gain 50 lbs overnight, and you won't lose it overnight either. Do you feel better on SBD, and especially with exercise? Whenever you're discouraged, remember how good you feel, that you're doing this for yourself, and you deserve it! And then visit here and find all the good success stories
