Hi everyone,
I am here to basically start a journey to take my life back. I am currently 37 years old and I am at my highest weight ever. I don't feel healthy, I don't look good, I hate shopping for clothes, and I just want the old me back. I'm hoping the south beach plan can help me with that.
B: breakfast casserole (eggs, broccoli, LF cheese)
S: cheese stick, snap peas, few unsalted cashews
L: salad w/ LF turkey & ham lunch meats, lt ranch dressing, lt shredded cheese
S: vanilla ricotta creme (craving something sweet)
D: Boston market turkey, (no gravy), steamed veggies, green beans
D: sugar free jello
