I'm so excited about this diet...I can't even begin to tell you.

I recently got engaged and would love to not be a fat bride!! I was unmotivated until I got this book and came to this board..
I must say...what an inspiration!!:encore:

Yesterday I started to ween off the bad carbs..no bagel in the am..no bread at lunch...
I'll do this for the next couple of days in preparation of starting the diet on Monday. I have a couple of BBQ's this weekend, so I'm preparing to ditch the bad carbs.
I also need some time to plan meals and get the shopping done.

Here's you some more motivation-I weighed in today, and after my first week, I've lost 8 pounds!! You'll love this diet.... I've already gotten several of my friends interested in it.
