    Salad w/ romaine lettuce, onion, cucumber, pine nuts, lf white cheddar, tangerine slices & italian dressing
    Greek yogurt w/ vanilla

    Veggie chili w/ chick peas, and a dab of sour cream
    Diet Coke

    Cauliflower w/ ranch (when munchie later on)
  • Phase 2

    Fried egg 'half'wich - 1 slice of bread, toasted (Dempsters 100% whole grain bread, made with pumpkin and carrot purree... surprisingly tasty) 1 sunny side up egg, 1 slice of turkey bacon, 1/2 tomato (sliced), ketchup and S & P to taste (very yummy)
    V8 (1/2 serving)

    Veggie Soup
    Diet Coke

    Greek Yogurt w/ 1/2 banana

    Steak & brocolli stir-fry w/ shirtake noodles
    Green beans
    Glass of skim milk

    Celery and PB (when munchie later on this evening)
