That usually means a 2 pound water gain. It pisses me off! Otherwise I am OP as always...gonna drink mean amounts of water the rest of the day!

But he enjoyed himself enough to commit to doing that with me twice a week! The rest of the time we'll still go to the gym to lift weights and for my step class.
