There's a recipe somewhere out there for mock oatmeal. It's pretty good and authentic. I ate that almost everyday last time I successfullly did the SoBe. Originally Posted by Xena2013

I'm nervous about Sunday too. But I"m bringing some stuff I can eat just in case. Hang in there, and just remember that P2 opens up a lot more variety!
And I feel kind of off too. Not only am I starting this plan but TOM just started and I feel weird. It gets better after around day 4 in my past experience. Just gotta get through the first few days.


I'm getting closer to phase 2...Monday it starts!!! I can't wait to be able to have a wheat tortilla or an apple again!
