i also heard about the fruit and protein "trick" on Jillian Michael's podcast. so, yeah. apple slices (how good are those???taste-buds are BACK)and cheese for me, 2! I also have issues w/starchy carbs...can I have just ONE slice of wholegrain bread??? prolly not. How long have you been on P1.5?
