so my ? is how far off the plan would I be if I used them ??? or are there any that are OK for SB ??

Check out the ingredients, rather than the nutritional content. White flour is not OK on Phase I and should be extremely limited on Phase II.
Wonder if they ever make them from rice flour, or soy?
