Default Starting on Tuesday 1/22

My husband and I are starting this on Tuesday. I did SB about 71/2 years ago and it seemed to work for a bit, i never finished as I had gotten to an ok weight, but then got pregnant again and have not been committed to try SB again. I just remember how much I didn't like phase 1!!! I remember being so sick of salads and eggs! I have now made my dinner menu for the next two weeks (minus 2 days, still working on those ones) But do you guys have any good breakfast and lunch ideas? My husband is not picky at all, but me on the other hand, I am extremely picky (which drives him crazy!) But I really need to get this going, I KNOW I can do it, and I NEED to do it. I've been dipping into a bit of a depression with my weight issues, and I need to climb out. Anyway, off my box now lol, but looking for some good/ different ideas and tips would be amazing! TIA

Welcome, check out the recipe forums. There are many egg free ideas for breakfast.

Welcome!

I often do soups for lunch and have really grown to enjoy my salads. I put lots of different veggies in my salads which seems to help me enjoy them more. My breakfast was already a green smoothie before I started SBD and continues today so I'm not much help with breakfast ideas. Jennifer had a great suggestion about looking in our recipe section.

Best wishes!

I got very tired of eggs so rarely ate them. I ate refried beans a lot. Great combo of fiber, protein and carbs. Sometimes I ate leftovers. Soup is yummy for breakfast. Think outside the "typical breakfast" box.

Welcome.
