I've tried pretty much every diet and program out there. South Beach is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I am very nervous though; I've allowed myself to become a carb junkie, relying on sweets, breads & pastas to carry me through the day.
I'm planning on sticking with phase 1 for at least a month, possibly longer, since I have so much weight to lose.
I am so glad to have found this forum and am very much looking forward to the support and advice given.



to all the new Chicks. This is a great forum, so glad you found us. Join us in the Daily thread, it really helps stay focused. There's also great recipes, a daily food thread, and the monthly exercise challenge. Hope we see lots of you around here
